Preparation procedure:

  1. Wash the cucumbers, peel them and cut them lengthwise into long strips (plates) with a vegetable peeler.
  2. Wash the tomatoes and peppers, cut out the stems of the tomatoes, and remove the seeds from the peppers. Pass through a meat grinder.
