- 400 g rice;
- 5 pork or veal kupats;
- 1 head of radicchio;

- 300 ml chicken broth;

- when all the liquid is absorbed into the grains, you can remove the rice from the heat, but if there is water left, then keep it on the fire for another 10-20 minutes;
- After removing, add oil to taste and stir.
