Important! Beets should not be considered as the only way to treat sore throat at home. Only in combination with medications will it be possible to achieve recovery.

Reviews
You can read reviews on this or that recipe on the Internet - we will give you some of them.
Natalia: “My grandmother used beet juice to treat me. With a large selection of medications, I forgot this method, but chronic tonsillitis made me remember the good old recipes. During an exacerbation, I treated the tonsils with beetroot juice and vinegar, the temperature dropped almost instantly. During the period of remission, I periodically gargle with juice, only adding onion juice. I also really like beetroot infusion with honey. There are no side effects like regular medications.”
Valentina: “I came across a recipe on the Internet “How to cure a sore throat in a day.” And what do you think, what kind of miracle remedy is this? This is an ordinary beet. I was very wary, but decided to try. It won't get any worse. The recipe called for combining beet juice and vinegar. I had the apple one. And imagine my surprise when I rinsed out the purulent plugs twice. I didn’t believe that ordinary beets were capable of this. I continued rinsing for another 4 days, but at the same time I also took prescribed antibiotics. I will say this: beets are an excellent alternative to pharmaceutical topical rinses.”
